Our Privacy and Security Policy (“Policy”) describes our commitment to combine the highest-quality web-based video exercise programs with the highest level of integrity in dealing with you, our customer, a properly licensed, certified, and otherwise qualified, as the case may require, physical therapist, physical therapy assistant, athletic trainer, medical doctor or other health care practitioner (“Service Provider”).  The following policies and procedures describe how we collect, use and secure the personal information provided to us and to assist you in making informed decisions when using our Internet website (“Site”).
Generally, our overall policy provides for the following:

  1. We will not give your or your patient’s personal information to anyone outside our organization or to anyone inside our organization who does not have a need to know.
  2. We will not divulge your patient’s therapeutic information to anyone outside our organization or to anyone inside our organization who does not have a need to know.
  3. We will not give, rent, or sell your or your patient’s personal information, including email addresses.

What Information Do We Collect?
When you visit our Site you may provide us with personal information of yours and your patients that you knowingly choose to disclose.

If you choose to purchase services from us, you will be required to give personal information of yours and your patients and authorization to obtain information from various credit services.

Email Information
In addition to receiving the foregoing information from you, if you choose to correspond further with us through email, we may retain the content of your email messages together with your email address and our responses.  We provide the same protections for these electronic communications that we employ in the maintenance of information received by mail and telephone.
How Do We Use the Information That You Provide to Us?
Broadly speaking, we use personal information for purposes of administering our business activities, providing customer service, making available other services and special offers to our customers and prospective customers, and advising important changes to our Site.  The lists used to send you such information are developed and managed under corporate standards designed to safeguard the privacy and security of your personal information.  You will be given the opportunity in each such email to notify us of your desire not to receive these offers.
